Every Mayes Collection piece is handmade around your photograph. These policies explain what happens after you approve your design.
Making and shipping
Handmade in 3–5 business days.
Custom jewelry normally requires 3–5 business days to make after your photograph, crop, and order details are approved. Shipping transit time begins after production and is separate from this making period.
Worldwide shipping is available wherever our carriers can deliver. Flat shipping is $5.95 within the United States, $16.95 to Canada, and $24.95 to other international destinations. Shipping is charged on every order.
Applicable sales tax is calculated from the delivery destination and added to the final secure payment invoice. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees collected by their local authorities.
Personalized orders
Custom pieces are final sale.
Because each item is created specifically for you, personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded once production begins.
If Mayes Collection makes an error, your item arrives defective, or it is damaged in transit, contact us promptly with photographs. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or other remedy. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Groups and events
Special pricing for 10+ pieces.
Orders of 10 or more qualify for a custom bulk quote. This is ideal for family sets, memorial gatherings, wedding parties, reunions, and meaningful event gifts.
Larger quantities may require additional production time. Your price, schedule, photograph plan, and shipping details are confirmed before work begins.
